Guide for users
＜To those who visit our library for the first tim＞
- To apply for your own library card on the second floor.
Please fill out the application form we give you and please showus something which can confirm your address.（a driver's license、insurance and so on） Then we will issue your library card.
Those living in Tochigi （all residents, commuters and students）can borrow up to ten materials（including audio-visual materials）for two weeks. - The term of validity is one year.
But there are materials which can not lend out, such as reference books, local histories and newspapers. - If you need assistance, please consult library staff.

＜Copy Service＞
We can offer you copy service （Fee is charged）.
Please ask library staff about the details.
＜Audio Service＞
You can borrow up to CDs, records and video tapes.
You can borrow up to ten materials (including books) for two weeks.
Traffic Guide
Access
- Take the Kanto Bus from JR Utsunomiya Station for 5 Minutes.. Getting off at the Kencho-mae Bus Stop, a 5-minute walk.
- 15 minutes walk from Tobu-Utsunomiya Station.
Notice：No parking area．
There is the Hanawada Parking on the west side of thelibrary. (Fee is charged)
